The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is really helpful and responsible. The rooms are new-fashioned. The pool area is great. The breakfast is amazing, with juices, sweet rolls, and fruit. Check-in is easy, and late check-out is available. The location is comfy, close to Lufkin, the lake, and in the middle of Jackson.

The accommodations here felt cozy, the rooms were modern, and the staff was very friendly when I stayed in a room with two beds.

The room we had was not a suite, but the staff were quick to apologize and find us a new room that met our needs. They were understanding and accommodating throughout the process.
